Roamory is a tool for creating, visualizing, and sharing trip itineraries. Features may include flight lookup, maps, AI-generated artwork, activity suggestions, and public or private sharing links.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. User content
You retain ownership of the itineraries, text, images, and other content you create. By using Roamory, you grant us the limited right to host, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your trip content.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Roamory for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to harassment, spam, malware distribution, or infringement of others' intellectual property rights.
6. Intellectual property
The Roamory name, logo, software, designs, and generated artwork styles are owned by Roamory and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding or intellectual property except as necessary to use the service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Roamory at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
8. Disclaimers
Roamory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Travel information such as flight times, weather, traffic, and place details is for planning purposes only and may not reflect real-time conditions. Always confirm critical details with official sources before travelling.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roamory and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Roamory after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
